First Major Meeting
Tonight we had our first major meeting to discuss the idea of a gallery at 18 Hudson St. We had David, Jason, Brian, Lee, Elizabeth and Leslie on hand to discuss mission, content, and planning.
I’m pleased to say the discussion was lively and exciting, with everyone contributing ideas. I believe we all left inspired by the possibilities and willing to work together to iron out the details that will be necessary to open our doors to the public.
Immediate To Dos:
- Clean the place up
- Develop a clear mission statement
- Come up with a charter for the space
- Develop a promotional plan
- Meet to discuss opening day content
- Collect and hang all the opening day content
- (possibly) buy lighting and furniture
- Print promotional materials
